Constantly freezes on boot-up - "please wait" loading message displays at all times, app is completely non-functional. Tried force stopping many times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Using a Moto z4 with Verizon. Updating about 1.5yrs later (1/25/22), app is still non-functional, doesn't recognize my dealer number, doesn't go past "access" and "skip" page. Still hot garbage.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause nissan Is missing alot of connectors that may need replacement and ever since the most recent update, I haven't been able to access the app. You say the app is fixed but I still get a searching screen that won't go away. I've uninstalled and installed it again. Cleard my cache and still doesn't work. Samsung s8. Still can't access the app. Still says please wait. Uninstalled and installed now I won't go passed the access and skip screen

App works okay concept is cool but what it needs is a way to search for the connector if you already know it's name. For example ewd tells you the connector name already so if there was an option to type that name in the app and then it could tell you what tray it's in that would be great!
