Make every day with your INFINITI a little bit more effortless with the MyINFINITI Canada App. From remote access and security capabilities to vehicle and maintenance information, unlocking your INFINITI’s key features from your compatible Android or WearOS* device is easy and convenient.

All Canadian INFINITI owners can use the MyINFINITI Canada App. Owners with an active INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium package subscription will experience enhanced app functionality. This package is available on the following vehicles:
• 2018-2019, 2022+ QX80
• 2022+ QX60
• 2018-2020 QX60 with navigation
• 2022+ QX55
• 2022+ QX50
• 2019 QX50 with navigation
• 2018-2019 Q70
• 2022 Q60
• 2019 Q60 with navigation
• 2022+ Q50
• 2019 Q50 with navigation
2020-2021 INFINITI Q50, Q60, QX50, and QX80 do not support INFINITI InTouch® Services.

With an active INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium package subscription, you can:
• Remotely Engine Start/Stop**
• Remotely Door Lock and Unlock
• Remotely activate the horn and/or lights
• Search for and send points of interest to your vehicle
• Be notified of Maintenance Alerts and Scheduled Maintenance notifications
• Set customizable boundary, speed and curfew alerts***

The following MyINFINITI features are available to all INFINITI owners, regardless of INFINITI InTouch® Services subscription status:
• Manage your INFINITI account and preferences
• Make a service appointment with your preferred retailer****
• Receive notifications about vehicle recalls or service campaigns
• Refer to your INFINITI’s Maintenance Schedule
• Access FAQs
• Access helpful guides and manuals specific to your vehicle
• Review Warranty information, tow coverage, and Roadside Assistance coverage
• Connect to Roadside Assistance
• Access the IFS Canada Account Manager app

* Not all Wear OS devices are supported.
** Vehicles equipped with factory Remote Engine Start. Remote Engine Start System to be used only in accordance with laws or rules in effect in your vehicle’s location.
*** Before deleting a vehicle from your account, it is recommended you delete all personal data and all alerts you have set (Speed, Boundary, and Curfew Alerts).
**** Service appointment booking experience may differ based on retailer selected.

got it to work for 2 days, now can't login, constant error messages 'something went wrong'. Not much point of having an app that doesn't work. Will see if developers fix app after a couple of more days, otherwise it will be in the trashcan. Disappointed, was looking forward to be able to remote start when further than remote allows. plus the gps was a great and how much gas was left in the tank.

New update is horrible. Can't access remote start, lock/unlock as they don't even appear most of the time when I open the app. If they do then those functions only work sometimes at best now. Biometric access gets turned off randomly about once a day so I have to re-enter the password to turn it back on. Considering this a subscription app , brutal. I trust refunds are coming after this update.

After a month subscription. I'm cancelling. App gives count down time but you get to the car and it's still cold, car isn't even started and thats after the 2 attempts,might as well go out and start the car manually and wait. Not a internet issue. Whenever i use the app I'm not too far from the car. I had this initially as a promo with my car but had these same issue so i didn't renew. Decided to give it a shot again thought it would be upgraded but still the same
