1 more try I tell myself as I restart 10 more times Collecting doves has never been so much fun. The original nitrome jam game was good, endless doves was great, but this version comes out on top. The scenery art is amazing, the music fits it oh so well, and the controls are spot on as I remember them. There is a lot of gameplay time here if you mean to obtain all of the little birdies. But to end my review; If you don't mind failing more than you'd like to admit, if you enjoy gameboy era games, and love to sleep, this is the game for you my friend.
Amazing graphic style! Totally fallen in love with the 20's style art they use, along with the game boy colour scheme... I would say it's a little overpriced considering how few levels there are. Nevertheless, it's a simple, but superb game and I'm so excited to see more games like this from Nitrome :)
Obscenely Addictive Although the screen shots look ok they don't give you a real feel for the game itself, which is absolutely superb. In fact the more you play the more you realise that the graphics actually enhance the gameplay further by allowing you to concentrate on guiding the 'prisoner' out of each cell. This is not a game that's particularly easy, but it is very rewarding when you finally complete a level. It has an extremely quick refresh time after you crash (happens a lot each level for me) so you'll be ready for just one more go. Worth every penny, haven't played anything else since I got it.
Clever game, true to the Nitrome gaming style Once you use the controls long enough they become incredibly intuitive after at first seemingly impossible. Fun learning curve and perfect increasing difficulty levels, just what I would expect in a Nitrome game.
Cute and nostalgic As someone who was a big fan of Game and Watch, I fell in love with this game's retro soundtrack and gorgeous art style. The game is hard as hell but you'll have a great time with it.
Pretty good... The game was pretty fun. Difficulty was okay, but a little frustrating at times. I would have given this 5 stars if it had been a little longer... Its only 30 levels. I beat it in under 30 minutes.
