About this app

Deeds is for parents and guardians. You record what your children do; they never sign in, and there are no accounts for children.

It is a simple household ledger. Something good happens, you tap it. Something less good happens, you tap that too. Each deed is worth a number of stars, the month adds them up, and everyone starts fresh on the first.

TWO TAPS TO LOG
Pick the deed from a searchable grid, choose Good or Bad, and set how many stars it was worth. That is the whole flow. Drag the deeds you use most to the top and they stay there.

RACE OR REACH
Two ways to read the same month:
• Race — every child's bar grows from the same centre line, so one glance shows who is ahead and by how much. Good stars push right, bad stars push left.
• Goal — each child works toward their own monthly star target, with a marker showing where they ought to be by today.
Switch whenever you like. It changes nothing you have already recorded, so you can try both on the same month and keep whichever suits your house.

BOTH PARENTS, ONE LEDGER
Share a household with a join code. Whoever records a deed, you both see it, and the totals always agree. You can belong to more than one household and switch between them in Settings.

NOTHING GETS LOST
Undo is gentle: a mistaken tap is reversible and the record survives it. Every month is browsable day by day, per child, with statistics on top.

MAKE IT YOURS
Thirty-one deeds are ready on the first day, covering prayer, study, manners, chores, mealtimes, sleep and screen time. Rename them, give each one a picture from over a thousand, reorder them, or archive the ones you never use. Nothing is fixed.

BUILT FOR A FAMILY, NOT FOR A DATA MARKET
• Children have no accounts and enter nothing themselves. Everything about them comes from you, and you can change or remove it at any time.
• A household's information can only be opened by its own members. That rule is enforced where the information is stored, not merely in the app.
• No tracking. Nothing watches how you use the app, builds a profile of your habits, or reports your activity anywhere.
• We never sell your information, and we do not pass it to data brokers.
• Delete your account and everything in it from Settings in under a minute — or from our website, without installing anything.

Free to use. There are no adverts in the app today; if that ever changes, the app will tell you before the first one appears.

A note on names: first names or nicknames are all Deeds needs for your children. There is nowhere in the app that asks for a full name, a birthday, a photograph or a school, and you should not add one.
