About this game

Spin. Drop. Score.

Cardwheel is a fun roguelite where you drop balls into a big spin wheel. Each run begins with choosing a wheel, and each wheel changes the difficulty and how you play.

How it works:

🎡 Choose Your Wheel: Each wheel gives you a unique setup and starting resources.

🃏 Make Your Choice: Enter the next round, or skip it for powerful bonuses like cash, free card packs, or guaranteed rare jokers in the shop.

🎨 Spin for Score: Drop 6 balls into a wheel of 4 colors. Match colors to rack up chips, multiply your total, and try to clear the round’s score goal. However, be cautious, as your spins are limited.

🛒 Shop & Upgrade: Between rounds, visit the shop to buy jokers and card packs. Jokers twist the rules (e.g., more chips for red balls, multipliers for pairs), while card packs change how balls, slots, or colors behave.

👹 Boss Challenges: Every three rounds, face a unique twist. Some colors stop scoring, modifiers shut down, or jokers get disabled. Adapt fast; there are 8 bosses to beat.

Why you’ll love Cardwheel
● Endless strategic combos from jokers, packs, and spins
● Every run feels different with new wheels and modifiers
● Challenging roguelite loop: risk, reward, and adaptation
● Simple to learn, endlessly replayable

Spin the wheel. Build your deck of tricks. Outwit the bosses. Can you survive the full run and conquer all 8?

Genuinely was having fun with this game, I do agree it's pretty limited in scope but for a mobile game it feels fresh. unfortunately if you get a solid build going, you'll finish each round on the first spin, and then get an unstoppable ad. every. single. time. I uninstalled mid game because I was on my 8th and and it just wasn't worth it anymore. I totally get y'all need money but put a cooldown on it or SOMETHING this is egregious

Good game with some flaws. The most glaring flaws imo are the unlockable wheels, and the bosses. Starting with the bosses, the modifiers too frequently are just "this color(s) can't score" which isn't fun and just punishes for no reason. Having modifiers that do things like scrambling wheel/ball order more often, spin backwards, etc would be more engaging. Right now, it doesn't feel good failing because I chose the wrong two colors. The unlockable wheels aren't more interesting, just harder.

Seems fun, but I'm not sure how to handle several boss effects (like disabling colors). Sometimes I can barely win a level when I've built myself up for my main color, and you want me to do it with a color I have no investment into? The game could also use more modifers, and I wish I had more control over them (ie manual color placement) Oh, and while my first run had only 1 ad, my 2nd had an ad after EVERY level. That's where the 1 star comes from.
