The Union of Parishes of Moscavide and Portela through its President (Ricardo Lima) is pleased to announce the launch of the App “360º Moscavide e Portela”. The App offers a range of possibilities for interaction between Citizens and the Union of Parishes and vice versa and thus contribute to bringing governance strategies closer to the population's opportunities. Using this solution, the citizens of Moscavide and Portela now have access to the pulse of local activity in real time via their mobile phones!
Take advantage of the smartphone that is in your hand and when installing the App “360º Moscavide e Portela” and acquire a greater proximity of communication, registration of requests / occurrences and perception of events / global opinion broadcast in União de Freguesias.
The mobile solution built and delivered to the Union of Parishes of Moscavide and Portela was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules:

Engine that publishes community news and news in real time keeping Citizens always informed.
AGENDA (ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes the agenda of events related to the Community and that registers the types of interests of each of its Citizens.
INFOEDITAL (ASSETS)
Engine that makes it possible to view the usual documents published in the window of the União de Freguesias (Public Notices, Minutes, Communiqués, etc.)
CONTACTS (ACTIVE)
Engine that allows Citizens to view and access useful contacts from multiple entities related to the Community (Photo, phone, link, email, address, GPS, etc.).
ATTENTIVE (ACTIVE)
Engine that registers requests, situations to be corrected and recommendations, giving feedback on the registration in real time to the Citizen.
PARTICIPATE (ACTIVE)
Real-time polling engine that allows you to ask questions and get answers from Citizens (Diagnostics, Market Studies, Polls, etc.)
