The Municipality of Moura is pleased to announce the launch of the “Moura Mobile” App. The App provides a range of possibilities for interaction between Citizens and the Municipality and vice versa and thus contribute to bringing governance strategies closer to the population's opportunities. Using this solution, the citizens of the Municipality of Moura now have access to the pulse of local activity in real time via their mobile phones!
Take advantage of the smartphone that is in your hand and when installing the “Moura Mobile” App, get closer to communication, registration of orders / occurrences and perception of events / global opinion broadcast in the Municipality.
The mobile solution built and delivered to the Municipality of Moura was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules:
ATTENTIVE (ACTIVE)
Engine that registers requests, situations to be corrected and recommendations, giving feedback on the registration in real time to the Citizen.
PARTICIPATE (ACTIVE)
Real-time polling engine that allows you to ask questions and get answers from Citizens (Diagnostics, Market Studies, Polls, etc.).
GUICHÉ (ACTIVE)
Engine that provides the registration of service requests (multiple nature forms) and various markings, informing the Citizen of the status of service / resolution.
NEWS (ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes Community news and news in real time keeping Citizens always informed.
AGENDA (ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes the agenda of events related to the Community and that registers the types of interests of each of its Citizens.
INFOEDITAL (ASSETS)
Engine that makes it possible to view the usual documents published in the Municipal window (Public Notices, Minutes, Notices, etc.)
POINTS OF INTEREST (ACTIVE)
Engine that allows the geolocalized definition and to trace the access route to the points of interest (tourist, commerce or other useful) that are worth visiting by the Citizens.
CONTACTS (ACTIVE)
Engine that allows Citizens to view and access useful contacts from multiple entities related to the Community (Photo, phone, link, email, address, GPS, etc.).
QUIZZES / GAMES (ACTIVE)
Quiz / game engine that links the Citizen to the roots of the Community, publishes rankings and arouses interest in the topics.
STATUS (ACTIVE)
Engine that creates and publishes dashboards and statistics in real time on the state of realization of the occurrence records reported by the Citizen.
EXECUTIVE (ACTIVE)
Engine that allows Citizens to view and access the contacts of the Municipal Executive (Logo, Photo, phone, link, e-mail, address, GPS, etc.).
ASSEMBLY (ASSETS)
Engine that allows Citizens to view the elected members that make up the Assembly Table and the Municipal Party Benches.
