The President of SFRCI - Railway Union of the Itinerant Commercial Review (Luís Bravo) is pleased to announce the launch of the “SFRCI Mobile” App. The App offers a range of possibilities for interaction between the Associates and the Union Management and vice versa and thus contribute to bringing the Association's governance strategies closer to the opportunities of its Associates. Using this solution, SFRCI Associates now have access to the pulse of Union activity in real time via their mobile phones!
Take advantage of the smartphone that is in your hand and when installing the “SFRCI Mobile” App, get closer to communication, registration of orders / problems and perception of events / global opinion broadcast in the Union.
The mobile solution built and delivered to the SFRCI Union was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules:
CONTACTS (ACTIVE)
Engine that allows Associates to view and access useful contacts of multiple entities related to the Union (telephone, link, e-mail, address, GPS, etc.).
INFOEDITAL (ASSETS)
Engine that makes it possible to view the usual documents published in the Union window (Announcements, Regulations, Agreements, Forms, etc.)
ATTENTIVE (ACTIVE)
Engine that registers orders, situations to be corrected and recommendations, giving registration feedback in real time to the Member.
PARTICIPATE (ACTIVE)
Real-time polling engine that allows you to ask questions and get answers from Associates (Polls, Diagnostics, Opinion Studies, etc.)
CONFIGURE (ACTIVE)
Engine that makes it possible to define usage profiles, screen configuration and data synchronization rules.
HIGHLIGHTS (NOT ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes the Association's news and news in real time keeping Associates always informed.
AGENDA (NOT ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes the agenda of events related to the Association and that registers the types of interests of each of its Associates.
SEQUENCE (NOT ACTIVE)
Engine that creates and publishes dashboards and statistics in real time on the status of fulfillment of requests communicated by the Member.
