About this app
SyncFlowRetail turns your phone or tablet into a fast, simple point of sale for your shop. Sign in with your company code, pick products, take payment and send the receipt to your customer's WhatsApp, all in a few taps.
Built for busy counters
• Tap a product to add it, tap the left half to remove it. Quick sounds confirm every tap.
• Search by name or code, or just say the product name. Speak in English, Hindi or Gujarati and the app finds it.
• Works on phones and tablets: a bottom cart bar on phones, a side-by-side cart on tablets.
• Hold a cart and resume it later when the customer comes back.
Billing that adds up
• Choose or create a customer before payment. Walk-in customers: add their phone number after paying.
• Split one bill across several payment methods such as cash, UPI and card.
• See Total, Paying, Balance and Change clearly before you confirm.
• Edit price, discount and tax on a line, just for that bill.
• Apply promotion codes from your store.
Receipts your customers keep
• A clean 80 mm receipt PDF with your store name, logo and details.
• Send it straight to the customer's WhatsApp with a thank-you message.
• Share or print the same receipt.

• Can't find an item? Add it right from the search box with just a name, cost and price. Add a photo if you like.
• New products are added to the cart for you.
Made for multi-store businesses
• Each business signs in with its own company code and sees only its own data.
• Only staff with POS permission can use the app.
• Your session is stored securely on the device and can be signed out at any time.
Requirements
• A SyncFlowRetail account from your business. Ask your administrator for your company code, email and password.
• Internet connection to sign in and complete sales.
