About this app

Your thumb doesn't scroll in minutes. It scrolls in kilometers or miles.
DOOMSCROLL converts every scroll — system-wide, across all apps — into real-world distance. See exactly how far your thumb has traveled today, this week, ever.

Watch your thumb achieve the impossible:
6m — a street lamp at least serves a purpose
30m — people in a 10-story building are actually working
48m — Niagara Falls (and it has no choice)
93m — a football field (you have no excuse)
330m — Eiffel Tower (up once, down once)
...and over 40 more milestones all the way to the edge of the known universe.

HOW IT WORKS:
DOOMSCROLL uses Android's AccessibilityService API to detect scroll events system-wide. This is the only method that allows tracking across all apps without requiring individual app integrations. The service does not read, store, or transmit any screen content, personal data, or app usage details — it only counts scroll distance. You can disable the service at any time in your device's Accessibility Settings.

FEATURES
— System-wide tracking across all apps
— Journey Timeline: see where your thumb currently stands
— Today / Week / Total statistics
— Kilometers or miles
— Share Card to share your stats
— 100% local — no account, no server, no cloud
— Delete all data at any time

DOOMSCROLL is a fun app for personal self-observation. Displayed distances may be partially estimated.
Your scroll = real distance. See how far your thumb traveled today.
