Ratings and reviews

Thought it's a technology driven promising startup in banking space. However, experiencing an issue with the mobile app. Soon after opening the account on PC, I downloaded the app on my mobile and tried to login. After inputting my phone number, I am not able to move ahead ('next' button of the app is non-responsive). Tried several times, however, of no avail. These kind of issues will affect the growth of customers. Hope the customer-care will pay heed to this

Everything feels good but app has lots of glitches for new Android version like hand gestures for hiding balance won't work twice and personal lone option has tons of glitches and for applying credit card, after giving all the details it won't show anything.

I strongly advise against installing this app and creating a bank account through it. The customer support services provided by this app are terrible. Even after I closed my account, my data was not deleted from their servers and it continues to be displayed on the app. When I tried to reach out to their customer care, I received the same unhelpful response every time.
