Great financial app, very easy to use, no transaction fees including international transactions, no forex exchange with real visa exchange rates. Very convenient OTP system at email and phone. Convenient domestic as well as international free ATM withdrawals. For security, card and it's features can be frozen within the app. Bonus is that the debit card comes with one extra set of card which can be activated in emergency 👍

Cannot raise any query from the app. It says oops something went wrong. The customer care call is charged and agents just say sorry half the time without resolution. Secondly there are multiple apps which is confusing. And this particular variation of Niyo + DCB is the worst. They dont write your name on card, you cant order a replacement card at the same address where you got your first one. Needs 10 steps to get a new ID approved etc. too many issues with banking as well as app experience.

Update: the app continues to be easy to use and overall experince is very good. The experience of getting the card and initial set up was fantastic. Marketed as an easy to use no frills card. Enjoyed using it on my trips abroad as well. The catch comes a year later - in the form an annual charge that was never there as part of the initial agreement. Says a lot about company ethic when they suddenly want to charge fees on a card that is useless because no one is travelling.
