failure of app during k-net payment page(image or render crash), also if check out items failed next attempt to purchase shows items sold out. complaint via customer service of the above issue since last year but was not resolved thus I'm forced to post it here.

Delivery drivers come hours late; wake you up at midnight the night before work, then argue with you for not waking up to deal with their mistake; this happened to me several times. Now, Drops wont return my money or deliver the order. Thievery at its finest and most blatant!
