NKKTech Technician is an application for technicians to survey and install curtains on-site, allowing them to receive jobs and update progress directly on their phones instead of paper documents.

MAIN FEATURES
• Work Schedule: View scheduled surveys, installations, and warranty services, including customer information and project addresses.

• On-site Survey: Measure the dimensions of each window, select curtain/rail/accessory types from the store's catalog, take technical notes, and take photos. Automatic draft saving prevents data loss in case of weak network connection.

• Technical Notes & Installation Checklist: View the requirements of each project and tick completed steps.

• Acceptance: Submit acceptance reports with photos after installation; notify the coordinator if the customer is away.

• Notifications: Receive notifications for new schedules or updates from the office.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This application is for internal use by technicians of units using the NKKTech system. Accounts are provided by the unit's administrator — the application does NOT have public account registrations. Please contact your manager to obtain an account.

All data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

• Biên bản nghiệm thu theo mẫu mới: thợ chấm 8 tiêu chí sản phẩm, khách đánh giá dịch vụ và ký tên trực tiếp trên màn hình.
• Màn khảo sát gọn hơn: thợ chỉ nhập số đo và chụp ảnh, không phải chọn sản phẩm. Gửi xong Sale nhận thông báo kèm sẵn số đo để lập báo giá.
• Sửa lỗi chữ tiếng Việt bị lệch dòng ở tiêu đề và nút bấm.
• Cải thiện tốc độ và độ ổn định.
