About this app
Ownclock is a time tracker and invoice maker for freelancers. Punch in when you start, punch out when you stop, and turn the week into a PDF invoice your client can pay by card.
There's no account to create and nothing to sync. Your hours, clients and invoices are stored on your phone.
TRACK TIME YOUR WAY
• One-tap timer: pick a project, punch in, punch out.
• Weekly timesheet: type hours straight into a grid, as 1:30 or 1.5.
• Fix any entry later, add time you forgot, and undo mistakes.
• The timer keeps running even if you close the app.
INVOICES IN YOUR CLIENT'S CURRENCY
• An hourly rate for each project and a currency for each client: pounds, rupees, euros, dollars and more.
• Turn a week or a month into a clean A4 PDF with tax and due date.
• Add your Stripe or Razorpay payment link and the invoice gets a Pay button.
• Time that's already invoiced is locked, so nothing gets billed twice.
MOVING FROM HARVEST?
Export "Detailed time" from Harvest as CSV and import it. Clients, projects, rates and years of entries come across in one go.
