I normally love this app, but for the past few months, it has not allowed me to manually make a payment via the app. I have to go into my laptop and do it, which is an inconvenience when I'm not at home. Secondly, I wanted to make an extra partial payment towards my loan, but it only gives me the option to make the full payment or the full payment + additional optional amount. It won't let me just pay some extra amount if I have some extra money to put into it.

The app worked back in October when I last used it. I've been trying to get in the past two days. I had it send me my username, which it did. I'm now trying to reset password and it says either username or password is incorrect. I'm using the same info that was sent to me for my username.

at first it was difficult ....to me. then, it was easy after set-up. I'm old-fashioned and prefer the Human experience.
