This app is not working. Trying to look for destinations produces a pop up message with "sssss" instead of a text. Tapping on cancel or OK does not do anything. Guys, it is of utmost importance that such apps work flawlessly. No excuses. And why do you even have two separate apps for domestic and international travel? It does not make any sense but it does cause inconvenience.

Disinformation! Not sure the logic behind creation of this app, but it will not show you the next closest train in 15 minutes, for example. Even if you ask it to show "earlier" options, it will not show it. Somehow the app considers you will not catch that train, it seems. Really annoying and disinformative.

Used it satisfyingly for years then for the past few months, I was unable to book tickets through the app, the button bringing up an error screen every time (often "error 503"). Being the essential feature, it is quite a problem as I had to go via the webpage directly. After 6+ months, I gave up on a fix. + Turns out that booking via the webpage is now faulty as well: the payment part opens an unclickable, buggy page, which forces me to switch to "desktop view"... So much for mobility...
