All of my rewards points are gone. I had a stored gift card in there that's also gone. The new app is much slower and often hangs on loading screens for no reason. After the new update, the app is just significantly worse. The old app wasn't the best but at least everything worked. The app even advertised a "welcome" reward for a free side but it doesn't even work; per instruction: added the side to my cart, but at the top of the cart there's no redemption option.

seriously love NafNaf, but seriously annoyed that app users are required to store credit card info in order to receive rewards and that delivery is through 3rd party drivers, since I stopped using those services due to very bad experiences. Food and store staff are always excellent, despite this.

Love the restaurant. Hate the new update. Since the update, they are asking on every page to put your credit card information in. If you don't, you get constant reminders. I've also received emails. It has been very intrusive.
