Edit: Issue was resolved after talking with customer care. The app is flawed as it deals with people money, it should be fixed. But I like there food so I gave 2 more stars. I downloaded the naf naf app on my android device. I tried to place an order for pick up, on the app and during registering it wasnt accepting my payment info saying incorrect zip code. I tried again and it gave the same prompt, which was surprising as It was the correct one. So I go to the shop and order it there itself without the app. All is well, until I check my bank account information just incase and it has charged my card 3 TIMES! For the order including one at the shop. I am really angered seeing this as I never recieved order or payment confirmation but still it is a pending payment on my account! Please solve this problem and I will keep in mind never trying the app again.

ordering messed up my second time. i placed an order worth 39+ value and it crashed right after it took the payment without confirmation. not knowing the confirmation i placed the same order for the exact same amount. i called up the malvern branch and did clarify this issue. they completed only one of the orders. but never received my refund for my cancelled. several calls were made, each time assurance of someone calling back. none called back.
