Every PDF tool you actually need, running entirely on your phone. PDF Plain and Simple is a complete set of PDF tools with no ads, no subscriptions, no watermarks on your output, and no account. Your files are never uploaded anywhere: the app does not even request internet access, so nothing could leave your device if it tried.

Every tool is unlocked from the first launch. There is no premium version, because there is nothing held back to sell you.

Organize tools are now always tappable and tell you what they need, destructive actions ask before running, saving falls back to a copy when a PDF cannot be overwritten in place, and you can share the app from the menu.
