NöbetPro is a management application developed for all school types that digitizes school duty roster processes. It saves time for assistant principals and school administrators and offers a transparent experience for teachers.

Automatic duty assignment: Algorithmic and shift-based assignment modes; duty load is distributed evenly among teachers. Assistant principal rotation: Weekly and term rotation plans are automatically generated.
Substitute duty system: Define a substitute for each duty and be ready in case of absence.
Live notifications: New schedules and changes are instantly notified to teachers.
PDF and Excel sharing: Weekly schedules, Ministry of National Education compliant duty logs, and dormitory (boarding school) schedules are shared as PDF/Excel with a single click. Duty swap: Teachers manage their requests for day and location swaps through the application. Statistics and Reporting: View teacher and location-based duty assignments, identify deficiencies in advance.
Boarding School Support: Special mode for boarding school teacher schedules (weekday/weekend, morning/evening hours).
Flexible School Management: Institution-specific configuration with duty locations, daily plans, lesson schedules, bell schedule, and term start wizard.
