About this app

"noble path Support Record" is a support record and user information management app developed for staff at disability welfare service facilities (group homes, etc.).

It consolidates the recording, communication, and confirmation tasks that arise in daily support work into a single app, reducing the effort required for paper record books and the use of multiple tools.

[Usage Requirements]

This app is a business application for staff at disability welfare service facilities that have a contract for the noble path service. Use requires a service contract with your facility and login information issued by your facility. New individual account registration is not possible.

[Main Features]

■ Support Record/Communication Log
Record and edit support details, and manage communication with guardians within the app.

■ Vital Signs Management
Record and manage vital signs such as temperature, weight, pulse, and blood pressure.

■ Bowel Movement Management
Record and manage bowel movement characteristics and volume based on the Bristol Stool Scale.

■ Menstrual and Irregular Bleeding Management
You can record the menstrual cycle, menstrual flow, and medication status of female users.

■ Weekly Abnormality Check
You can review support records with "abnormalities" from the past week, along with the weather and atmospheric pressure at the time.

■ User Schedule and Shifts
You can view the daily routine of users and staff work shifts by switching tabs.

■ Business Communication
You can create, share, and manage read status of business communications for facility staff.

■ Support Record Search
You can search past support records across different facilities by specifying the user, period, and support content.

■ Viewing Support Records from Other Facilities (View Only)
You can view support records from other facilities within the same corporation, which is useful for information sharing and handover within the corporation.
