Worst app for paying rent using a credit card. Money is deducted immediately, but refunds take forever. No proper support, no dedicated call center, and they don’t care about customers’ money at all. Very disappointing experience. Do NOT trust this app.

I'm really upset to say that using this app has been a frustrating experience. It feels like a scam, and I’m worried about losing my money. They hold onto our funds for a week without transferring anything, and when we try to reach out for help, all we get is an automated voice. It’s disheartening to feel so helpless.

The payment process is very slow....I have not sent tuition fees but the customer cannot receive.... the settlement process is the worst slow. .... please let me know about how much time will get the customer to get the refund money
