- Coverage at a glance. The dashboard shows "Friday Dinner: 3 of 4 servers, missing 1 bartender." No more squinting at a spreadsheet to find the gaps.

- Invite your team in seconds. Paste your staff's names and phone numbers — FloorShift opens iMessage with the invite ready to send. Each person gets a join code and is on the schedule in under a minute.

- Real shift problem handling. When a server can't make it, they tap one button to request help. The manager sees it, approves moving the shift open, and other staff can offer to pick it up. Manager approves the swap. No more group-text chaos.

- Open shifts that fill themselves. Post a shift to the team, and whoever's available can claim it. Manager confirms.

- Built for the floor, not the office. No login required for staff (just the join code). No payroll integration, no compliance dashboards, no enterprise features you'll never use. Just the schedule.
