Every tenth level is a big night with more customers than ever. Win it to earn the city's postcard (a photo of your own big night) and collect all 12. In three of them a rival waiter works your room: beat him to the tips!

Spend your tips on staff who travel with you (a busser, a maître, a runner, a barista and a musician) and on upgrades for each city.
