Slotbox is an anagram word puzzle game that tracks your all-time best streak, the longest consecutive sequence of correct answers you've ever produced without a wrong attempt, timeout, or skipped word. That number sits in your statistics and quietly challenges you to beat it every time you play.

A streak is broken by three things: submitting a wrong arrangement, letting the countdown expire, or using a skip hint. All three events reset the counter to zero, making clean streaks a meaningful test of sustained focus and skill.

Your current in-session streak and your all-time best are displayed separately, so you always know when you're approaching or surpassing your record. The moment your current streak crosses the old best, it's the game's most satisfying individual milestone.

Because streaks accumulate across the entire session regardless of how many words the session contains, longer sessions provide more opportunity to build a large streak. Choosing a long session specifically when you're feeling sharp is a valid strategy for chasing your record.
