About this app

This is the app you use to manage content on a KOMP. The KOMP is a one-button computer enabling seniors to stay connected with their family. KOMP is tailored for seniors with limited digital skills and decreased eyesight, hearing or physical functioning. The senior only has to switch it on or off. Family or friends take care of the rest from this app.

When you open the app, you have to enter the KOMP’s keyword. If this is the first time starting KOMP, the keyword will be visible on the screen. You will have to be nearby KOMP to configure it. If KOMP is already configured, you will have to be invited to get access to it.

You can use this app to send photos, text messages, and start video calls.

Useless bot support During a login their process failed and I now cannot login. I have followed the password reset procedure at the end of which the bot claims to have sent an email but it hasn't. The email address I have used is correct and their email is not in a spam folder. I have cleared storage, cache, & reinstalled. It just doesn't work.

Bought for our 89 year old mother. It's an absolutely amazing product. It's a real game changer. First day and she's seen and chatted to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She doesn't have to do a thing. Easy to set up and use. The only thing is that you can make text messages private but not photos. Something that has been requested and I can understand that. So every user can see what photos you send. Unless someone knows different. Brilliant customer service as well. Quick to reply

Worst app ever. Every time it asks me to login. I actually don't have a login for this app so I have to click the back button to be able to use it. Today it said I must log out and then it keeps showing error messages. If the makers of an app cannot get the basics right it doesn't fill you with confidence. I only use this app because my siblings use it to send photos to my mother. It's so clunky and poorly built, that every time I use it I get frustrated. Also, there is no way to contact support
