HERMES Work is a solution for digitizing intervention forms.
HERMES Work allows your technicians, in the field, assisted input of predefined forms (intervention report, delivery note ...). They can attach photos and signatures. The forms are sent directly to the office.
HERMES Work has a working time pointing function. The technician (or team leader) declares the different stages of his day (start of service, break, end of service) and sends them directly to the office.
With the planning option, you can send mission orders to technicians already in the field in real time. You can follow the progress of your interventions in real time.
To use this HERMES Work, you must have access codes to the HERMES Forms platform.
