Do you ever forget if you've taken your medication?
Nomu Memo is a simple app that lets you check your daily medication and supplement schedule, and manage your medication records, remaining dosage, and blood pressure data all in one place.
It's ideal for those who need to take medication daily for conditions like high blood pressure, or those who want to manage multiple medications and supplements. It notifies you at set times, and you can record "Did," "Later," or "Skip" immediately.
[See Today's Schedule at a Glance]
It displays a list of your daily medication schedule, including morning, noon, and evening doses. You can easily see what you've taken and what's left, making it easier to notice if you've forgotten to record.
[Set Notification Times for Each Medication]
You can set the timing and time for each medication or supplement. Selecting "Later" allows you to choose a reminder time, so you can manage even if you can't take it immediately. In addition to the scheduled time, there's a "remind notification" that alerts you 10 and 20 minutes later (this can be turned off in the settings). Recording "Did" or "Skip" stops the remaining notifications.
[Blood Pressure Recording and Graphs]
Enter your measured blood pressure and review your past records in a list and graph. You can keep all your medication records together in the same app.
[Easy-to-Show Blood Pressure and Medication Records During Doctor's Visits]
On the "Blood Pressure and Medication Records" screen, select a period from 7, 30, or 90 days to view your average blood pressure, trends, number of medication records, registered medications, and a list of blood pressure readings. This screen is for showing your entered records and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
[Review and Edit Medication Records Later]
Review today's and past records. If you made a mistake in recording, you can change it to "Drank," "Skip," or revert it to "Not Recorded."
[Manage Remaining Amounts Together]
Record the remaining amount of medication and supplements. When the remaining amount falls below the set replenishment target, it will be clearly displayed on the remaining amount screen, and you will also be notified after today's check.
[Manage Your Own and Your Family's Records on the Same Smartphone]
You can switch between managing records for yourself, your father, mother, children, etc., on the same smartphone. This app is useful when you want to check each family member's schedule and records on a single device.
[Register Medications and Supplements]
You can register medications, supplements, nutritional supplements, muscle training supplements, etc. You can set the name, single dose, unit, timing of administration, memo, and remaining amount to suit your needs.
[No Account Registration Required]
The current free version can be used without account registration. The information you enter (including blood pressure records) is saved on your device, and no ads are displayed.
