App works as expected but I can't seem to reconnect after the first time, it just doesn't do anything until I reinstall it

When it works, it's alright, but most of the time, it doesn't. The app will sometimes just not start, and the only way to fix it is to restart your phone, and it doesn't always work when you do that.

Couldn't get it to work or connect at all even after all the trouble shooting and then it wouldn't even connect to the other program either despite following all the steps to a T
