About this app

DrySpool is a private, offline filament tracker and spool inventory for 3D printing. It tracks every spool you own, predicts when each one needs re-drying, and prints scannable QR labels for your shelves — no account, no cloud, no ads, no subscription.

Whether you run PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU or nylon, DrySpool is the filament dryer log and moisture tracker that shows what's ready to print and what to dry first.

KNOW WHICH SPOOLS ARE DRY DrySpool models how each spool absorbs moisture over time — every material is different (PLA shrugs off humidity, nylon drinks it), and the estimate factors in how it's stored (sealed with desiccant, open shelf, in an AMS…) and your ambient humidity. Every spool shows a live moisture reading and when it's due to be re-dried, so you see at a glance what's ready to print and what to dry first.

DRY WITH THE RIGHT SETTINGS Each material comes with research-backed drying temperatures and times. Start a drying session, track it to completion, and the spool's moisture resets when it's done.

SCAN AND LABEL EVERYTHING Generate QR labels for spools and storage locations — print one at a time or 24-to-a-page on A4. The built-in scanner jumps straight to a spool, or moves a whole batch of spools to a new location in a single scan.

TAP-TO-FILL FROM BAMBU LAB RFID Tap a Bambu Lab spool to your phone and DrySpool reads the tag to pre-fill material, colour, weight and recommended drying temperatures.

IMPORT FROM YOUR SLICER Drop in a sliced .gcode or .3mf and DrySpool subtracts the filament used — including multi-colour prints — from the right spools automatically.
