The process is quick and easy – simply fill your online cart with all of your favorites and we will take care of the rest. We offer pick up or delivery right to your doorstep, whatever fits your schedule better.

Once you place your order, you are assigned a personal shopper who will hand pick your grocery items. With purchases over $30, our service is completely free. We will never charge for delivery or pick up, and our online marketplace will always reflect the same everyday low prices you see in store. Be careful, once you try our service, you may get hooked!

Useless app; useless "service." I've been trying for *3* DAYS to even LOOK at the groceries, let alone place an order, and EVERY TIME I get the lame landing page stating: "Unfortunately the site is currently offline. Please try again at another time." And this is Reason #247 (on top of expired groceries in the shelf, dirty danky stores, incompetence in managing their posted hours of operation, and just general "eww" of Hitchcock's) that I will always try to shop ANYWHERE ELSE but Hitchcock's.

Love hitchcocks. Excellent service, and the delivery person is always masked, curteous, and on time.

They added ability to use EBT however it did not work. Says $0 balance when I can see I have over $200.
