I korte videoklip kan du se beskrivelser af Åben og Rolig programmets fem temaer: Den Grundlæggende Metode, Fokus på Kroppen, Fokus på Psyken, Fokus på Sociale Relationer samt Det Fokus Du Ønsker. Du kan høre guidede meditationer inden for alle temaerne, indtalt af forskellige psykologer. Ligeledes lave personlige noter til meditationerne.

Med Åben og Rolig app’en får du også nem adgang til CFPS´ site, hvor du som kursist kan downloade flere kursusmaterialer, se datoer for hold mv.

Want more peace and presence? With the official Open and Quiet app, which is part of the meditation-based Open and Quiet program, you receive friendly messages to aid in meditation. You get access to guided meditations, of different durations, which is spoken by psychologists. In the short video you can see descriptions of Open and Quiet program's five themes: The Basic Method, Focus on Body, Focus on the psyche, Focus on Social Relationships and The Focus You Need. You can listen to guided meditations in all thematic areas, recorded by various psychologists. Also make personal notes to the meditations.

With Open and Quiet app you also get easy access to CFPS' site where you as a student can download several course materials, see the dates of teams, etc..
