Don't open account in firstock. Costumer support is so pathetic. I have 75k in my firstock account which I have transferred recently. Due to different problems in firstock I have decided to withdraw my money but every time it is showing tht " there is not sufficient balance to withdraw". Costumer support also not helping me in this. Very poor experience.

I have been using firstock (mainly the web based and desktop exe. Some of their features are not available with other brokers. I switched completely to firstock and I am very happy with their pricing and the stability of their applications (I have not faced disruption so far when top broker's apps faced constant outages). What really makes the difference with Firstock is their support staff (both tech n non-tech support),Special mention of Jai from tech team who is very prompt and responsive

- WebApp is very slow - GTT orders placing and cancellation took lot time -Script adding is very slow - chart are not up to the mark - some option data are missing. - Alert are not working in Mobile App - order placing are quite slow - some time Holding show 0 even I have holding Not recommended to use until developed completely
