ExpressNS+™ is the next generation mobile application created by Norfolk Southern to make the Ingate, Outgate, On-Terminal, and Pre-Gate procedures to our intermodal facilities easier for Intermodal Drivers. The legacy app has been migrated to a new more advanced platform with updates to the application’s user interface, improved user experience, as well as more modern and forward-looking features & integrations.

Intermodal Drivers can perform the following functions using ExpressNS+™:

* Obtain Visuals of Parking & Pick up Locations
* Search by Reservation Number or Equipment ID

2 weeks ago the app stopped working. I contacted IT on numerous occasions and their department couldn't assist..I was told that they could see I had a profile and could gain access on their enrd. I was the told it could be a software issue in regards to my phone. I pointed out that I've had access to this app since the launch and all my other updates didn't cause a disconnect..... Also I've spoken to many drivers including NS personnel on the ground, and many drivers...many are having issues.

2 issues I've encountered so far using for 2 days. 1) Can't save a draft for outgate, it will give an error when submitting after billed. 2) Error of "incorrect pick up number" when number is correct.

Now that I need to have dispatch make an appointment for each and every gd move I make, I don't see the point of the app. Dispatch has to make an appointment, then I have to make an appointment? If dispatch has made the appointment, why not just have a list of available jobs for my company in chronological order? Otherwise, just let me make an appointment in the app and I don't have to call dispatch 6 times a day! There's a date and time I have to enter in the app for what? Dispatch already made
