I transferred some coins to my wallet and it was delivered, but it was not displayed money, only showing zeros zeros

I have 33.81$ worth of pol in the wallet but where it should show my wallet amount it is showing a long error message instead please fix this if you can update customer support is really good they walked me through all the issues I was having and I did end up cashing out.
