About this app

Tadhiyah Admin is the staff companion app for the Tadhiyah Qurbani and Saddaquah platform. It is intended for authorised Tadhiyah team members only and requires a staff account to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Dashboard. See live share KPIs — total, pre-booked, confirmed and settled shares, revenue, and deliveries — for the current event.
• Shares & orders. Search and filter every booked share by name, phone, day, or status; sort, page, and export to CSV.
• Payments. Review uploaded payment receipts, record manual payments (bank transfer, Juice/IB, cash deposit), approve, reject, or refund.
• Cattle. Manage the catalogue — add animals, set weight and final price, update status, and reallocate shares.
• Collection & delivery. Scan a share code to hand over an order, mark deliveries, and print the delivery manifest.
• Saddaquah. Manage charity campaigns and confirm contributions.
• Inquiries & content. Reply to Wedding/Aqiqah inquiries and update site content.
• Invoices. Generate and download proforma and VAT invoices as PDF.

Secure by design: staff sign in with email and password, sessions refresh automatically, and access is limited by role-based permissions. Data is stored on Tadhiyah's own servers and transmitted over HTTPS only.

This app is not useful to the general public. For customer bookings, download the "Tadhiyah" app instead.
