I used to be given a code on my receipt after I ate and could enter it manually on the app and get points. I can't do that anymore. I learned this today after dinner. I went back to the cashier and asked if they could credit my account. They could not. Boo at you, Norm's reward program.

I come here often and the food is good, though there isnt any coupons to be redeemed for points, all they give is a five dollars and you need to spend a lot to get them. I'd rather have coupons for each time I go, it would make my experience more pleasant. The scanner wont work if its not printed right, just ask the cashier for another reciept. I would give 5 stars if this made me feel better about going to eat here. You have to wait a long time to get any reward and that sucks.

All of our saved reward points were cancelled by Norm's. There is now a limit on the time one has to use reward points. That is not right. We were eating at Norm's often. paying with cash, and saving our reward points as a credit. This reminds me of the time Norm's was sued for cancelling and retaining balances remaining on customer gift cards. We will eat at another restaurant from now on.
