I've used this app for a while, and it's never given me any problems until today. when I went to see what rewards I had, it said I needed to confirm my email through a link that they would send. I never got the email. I looked at their FAQ, and it said if the app was giving you problems, then to log out and to log back in. I did that, and now it won't work. I'm currently sitting in norms, annoyed that I won't get any points for my meal.

I used to be given a code on my receipt after I ate and could enter it manually on the app and get points. I can't do that anymore. I learned this today after dinner. I went back to the cashier and asked if they could credit my account. They could not. Boo at you, Norm's reward program.

I come here often and the food is good, though there isnt any coupons to be redeemed for points, all they give is a five dollars and you need to spend a lot to get them. I'd rather have coupons for each time I go, it would make my experience more pleasant. The scanner wont work if its not printed right, just ask the cashier for another reciept. I would give 5 stars if this made me feel better about going to eat here. You have to wait a long time to get any reward and that sucks.
