Norte Ticket Scan uses the camera of your mobile device to scan the QR codes of the tickets sold on your portal. Scan both the e-ticket format, mobile ticket, and the paper ticket.

To make reading the QR codes faster, it is advisable to keep the ticket stable and at about 15 cm. of the camera, trying to have the QR code located in the center of the screen.

Remember that Norte Ticket Scan is an application that uses the battery of your mobile device very intensively. We recommend that you bring your device fully charged on the day of the event.

Once you have published your event on your portal, validation with Norte Ticket Scan will be enabled one week before the start of the event. You can configure validation on your mobile device directly from your portal administrator
