NorthBite Driver is the delivery partner app for NorthBite, a food delivery service in Alberta. Go online when it suits you, accept the delivery offers you want and get paid weekly.
DELIVER ON YOUR SCHEDULE
• Go online and offline whenever you choose — there are no fixed shifts
• Receive delivery offers for the zones you are approved for
• See the pickup restaurant, drop-off area and estimated pay before you accept
• Turn-by-turn navigation to the restaurant and then to the customer
A CLEAR PICKUP AND DROP-OFF FLOW
• Pickup is confirmed with a code, so you never collect the wrong order
• The customer's drop-off PIN confirms the handover
• Capture a delivery photo for contactless drop-offs
• Report a problem if an order cannot be completed
TRACK WHAT YOU EARN
• Per-delivery earnings breakdown
• Daily, weekly and monthly earnings summaries
• Weekly payouts to your bank account through Stripe
• Payout history and records you can review any time
GETTING STARTED
Becoming a NorthBite driver requires an account and approval before you can go online.
You will be asked to submit documents — such as a driving licence and insurance — for verification, and to keep them valid. You will also need to select the zones you want to deliver in. Until your account is approved, delivery features stay locked.
LOCATION AND BATTERY
This app collects location in the background while you are online and on an active delivery, so customers can follow their order and so we can offer you nearby deliveries.
Background location is only used while you are online — it stops when you go offline. You can review this in the app before granting permission. Continuous GPS use will increase battery consumption.
SUPPORT
Searchable FAQs and contact options are available in the app under Help & Support. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
