The new version of the app is both better and worse than the previous version. It is better in that fingerprint scanning is supported for login. It is worse because the mobile deposit workflow is less efficient. For example, when entering the amount of a deposit the app automatically brings up a keyboard for input, but it's the QWERTY keyboard and not the numerical. That needs to be fixed. Also, after making a mobile deposit it would be nice if the app offered two options: Make another deposit to the same account, or to a different account. As it is now you have to go back through the account selection routine each time, which is tedious.

I liked the last version of online banking better. Ever since they did the update (06-14-19) I'm not able to see my available balance at all. The new version doesn't show/post my payments immediately and I have to keep my own transaction log to know an accurate balance. Also it doesn't save my family's member numbers so when I need to transfer money I have to keep asking them what their account number is to transfer funds between accounts. I'm very disappointed.

This app is a life saver for me!!! I live in a remote, wilderness area. The nearest bank is 90 minutes away. This app saves me time and money. There are several transactions that are unavailable to mobile phone users and if those options were made available, I would give this app 5 stars.
