Ratings and reviews

The recent update in April has made it easier to login on a browser than the app. The app will no longer "remember the device", so I have to send a code to my phone every time I log in. Even if you choose to remember the device, the next time you login (even if its a few seconds after logging out) it makes you do it all over again. What's even more annoying is it does have the device in the list of trusted devices...it just makes you keep re-adding it for it to never work.

Stop requiring security questions when somebody has biometrics enabled. Please!!! The whole point of a fingerprint it's because it's considered secure. STOP REQUIRING SECURITY QUESTIONS WHEN BIOMETRICS ARE ENABLED! i It's basically the only thing you can do to improve the app. It seems every other update keeps bringing these security questions back with biometrics. stop it!!!!!!

This app was excellent until it was updated or something. Mobile Deposit closes the app when trying to take a picture. Super slow to log in, scrolling up and down are not responsive and jumps to same position it was in. I sent a message to the bank through online banking, hopefully they can do something about getting the app fixed!
