School preparedness is a tool for educational institutions, which makes it easy to comply with requirements and expectations from the authorities in relation to preparedness at the educational institution. With School preparedness, management, staff and students have preparedness at their fingertips.

School preparedness is pioneering in the way the school's preparedness is conveyed and managed. School preparedness is tailored to each individual school, preparedness videos are recorded at the school with the school's own employees, this makes preparedness as locally rooted as possible,

- Crisis management
School preparedness can be used as a crisis management system in emergency situations where key employees receive tasks directly on the mobile phone during specific incidents via School Preparedness's interactive ActionCards. The management has a full overview of the location of employees and students during an emergency and they can follow the tasks performed by key employees during the entire incident.

- Value rescue
School emergency services' valuables function categorizes valuables in priority order with specific instructions for safe rescue of the object, valuables can report when the object has been saved safely, the function is available during a fire and evacuation situation and streamlines the rescue of the school's valuables.
As an addition, the objects can be linked to an area and a GPS tracker, an alarm will be received by selected employees if the object is registered outside a selected area, thus School Emergency Services can be used as a theft alarm and as object tracking.

-Operation Control and Maintenance (DKV)
School preparedness' DKV function helps schools to fulfill the legal obligations in BR18 (the building regulations). Here, requirements are set for the operation, control and maintenance of band-related initiatives and equipment in buildings. The building owner is responsible for some of these checks and for documentation of checks from external parties. The tasks are sent in School preparedness, with a built-in frequency, to selected employees who can easily carry out and document all tasks in connection with DKV.
School emergency services can be connected to a call centre, whereby alarms for fire, assault and PLOV (initiated life-threatening and violent act) are sent directly to the police and the emergency services.

School preparedness can be downloaded for PC and Mac and is compatible with most loudspeaker and alarm systems.
