Ratings and reviews

It freezes constantly. I have to delete the cache every time I want to login in or the app is rendered useless. I spoke to someone at Northeast about it and they said they haven't had anyone else complain about the issue but there's no way I'm the only one it's happening to. Both Android phones I had it installed on had the same problem.

Very easy to use. I love checking my balance and transactions within seconds! I've been able to ask questions and they respond within minutes! I love this bank and love the app, always kind and helpful!

Great and easy to use. Mobile deposits are VERY hard to submit though. The slightest twitch will cause the image to fail. Otherwise, incredibly useful
