NECU did an amazing job with their app setup, I'm able to do all of my financial stuff on this app. They constantly update the app and work on the servers almost every week or so. Been using the app and their services for almost 4 years now and I can say that they are a great credit union to use. Their customer service is amazing and they will contact you before you get a chance to do anything. If I can put more than five stars I recommend it for anyone in the area

Not a fan of the new app. The way it takes pictures of checks for deposits is awful, when the previous way was awesome. App feels cluttered because there's so much stuff on it. Also it won't connect my account to other financial apps I use,making them useless, where they all worked together previously. Not impressed with the update at all. Fixing something that wasn't broken to begin with.

This app... in my opinion... is as old as the dinosaur. Honestly. The auto pay, again, in my opinion... works very poorly. On more than one occasion my bills were paid double in a month which was great when i had no funds for groceries... I go into help and find out they only assist for specific features. So there is no online support for my actual bank acct. It's not easy to use at all... and yea I know how to use computers... I work online...
