Bank securely and with confidence. Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.

To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator and view our Contact Us information.

There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

Have to call into tech support each month since the 2 step verification was implemented. Reinstalled software but agent keeps giving me a temp password each month and says since they claim ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE has problems with northern credit union app, it must be my fault and I must call in to reset my password each month.

Not a fan but it doesn't need to be a quality app, nor does it need to be user-friendly. If you bank with the NCU you'll install it. 1 star is almost too much. Fast Fwd - it is now June and this app has made me decide to switch banks. Dont expect tech help.

After a few years I can say I hate this app so much. It freezes, drops settings, it runs slow all the time. I don't think it competes at all with the apps from some of the other banks. Very little customer support, none outside of typical bank hours. It feels like an app designed by a business who isn't convinced this internet thing is gonna stick around long.
