About this game

2048 Merge is a portrait number-merging puzzle played on a 4x4 grid. Swipe up, down, left, or right to move every tile on the board. When two tiles with the same number collide, they merge into a larger value, such as 2 + 2 = 4.

Each tile can merge only once during a single swipe, so a row of 2, 2, 2, 2 becomes 4, 4 rather than combining again in the same move. The game begins with two randomly placed numbers, and every valid swipe adds one new tile to the board.

Keep combining matching values until you create the 2048 tile. If the grid is full and no adjacent equal numbers can be merged, the run ends.
