Won't open, crashes everytime. The branch manager sent an email out to find out more information on why the app hasn't been working since 2017. They claim it's because I have a Samsung phone, I don't but they claim the issue is because it's an android phone and not an apple. They refuse to acknowledge the problem is with their app and claimed that I need to wait until an update comes out for my phone. I pointed out that their personal bank app works but not their business app. Still my fault..

App sucks. No one can give us an answer as to why this doesn't work anymore. Frustrating. Personal bank app works, business app won't. Not sure how a bank can charge a monthly amount to have a business account there but give NOTHING for service or support. Disappointing.

App crashes on Android without opening. For about the last 2-3 weeks, ever since the last major Android update, when you enter your ID and PW, it immediately crashes. It's a great bank if you like going inside the branch and doing your transactions in person, but they are behind the times with technology for business, and it really shows with their app support.
