This app is so bad, our pro shop tells people to not install or use it and instead use the website. It's hard to believe software is so widly used. I highly recommend you find something else to solve you reservaton needs. I recently asked about the daily update that is used for slotting reservations based upon previous play. I was told this is totally manual and could run anytime in the 24 hour window (if it even runs). Unbelievable!

since the last update app does not open. Just a green ball. was working fine before the update. Uninstaller and reinstalled. No help.

Sorry but when you click "forgot password", seems like there should be a further option instead of absolutely nothing. Isn't that middle-school level coding?
