I've been with North Star Mutual insurance company 2 year's now and their app is easy to navigate and allows online payments.

I like the app but it will only work if I'm connected to wifi it won't use my data from my phone. Will change rating if that ever gets fixed and I did check my permissions there's nothing in there that talks about that.

We don't have any setting that prevents this from working over data on your phone. Maybe try updating to the latest release to see if that helps, otherwise contact us at support@northstarmutual.com if the issue persists. Thanks.
