It wouldn't let me log in. entered my email & password, and it gave me an authentication error message. The email and password work on the website.

I like the app but it will only work if I'm connected to wifi it won't use my data from my phone. Will change rating if that ever gets fixed and I did check my permissions there's nothing in there that talks about that.

We don't have any setting that prevents this from working over data on your phone. Maybe try updating to the latest release to see if that helps, otherwise contact us at support@northstarmutual.com if the issue persists. Thanks.

I just created an account and can log into the website fine. However, on the app I get an "authentication failed" error.

Currently, accounts created on our website and app are separate. To use the app, you’ll need to create a new account—you can use the same email, but you’ll need to go through the setup process. We appreciate your understanding! Any questions feel free to reach out at support@northstarmutual.com
