About this game

ShiftLedger is a compact tactical time-management strategy game about surviving high-pressure work shifts.

Assign a four-person crew across competing jobs while the clock keeps moving. Stable assignments build Focus, frequent switching creates handoff cost, fatigue reduces output, and unattended coverage work can slip backward. Spend Momentum on Rally or Push when the situation demands it, but every recovery or burst decision has an opportunity cost.

Eight authored contracts combine critical jobs, urgent deadlines, team requirements and coverage pressure in different ways. Earn stars, complete mastery goals and unlock five directives that support distinct approaches—from flexible cross-training to recovery cycles, aggressive High Gear pushes and Specialist Lanes.
